People treat Take-Two Interactive as a New York game publisher that always printed TTWO after a finished Nasdaq book.
The first cash offering is dated.
The company's Form 10-KSB for the fiscal year ended 31 October 1997 records that in April 1997 it sold 1,600,000 common shares and warrants and received net proceeds of 6,415,237 dollars in 1997 currency.
A later company prospectus records that the common stock traded from 14 April 1997 on the Nasdaq SmallCap Market under TTWO.
The same 10-KSB price table opens that second quarter at a low of 5 1/8 dollars.
The present tape is TTWO on the Nasdaq Global Select Market.
The mechanism is a priced cash initial public offering on the SmallCap book, not a New York floor listing.
The pin is the public Times Square facade of Nasdaq MarketSite, the street marker used for the TTWO tape.
Interior trading is not visitable from the sidewalk.
