The November 2009 issuer was Fortinet, Inc., founded in 2000.
On 18 November 2009 common shares opened on the Nasdaq Global Market under the letters FTNT.
The offering priced 12,500,000 shares at 12.50 dollars a share in 2009 currency.
The company sold 5,781,683 of those shares.
Selling stockholders sold the other 6,718,317.
The printed book raised about 156.3 million dollars in total.
Company proceeds from its own slice were about 72.5 million dollars.
The first session closed at 16.62 dollars, up 4.12 dollars from the offer.
The mechanism is a cash listing that also let venture holders leave.
The Nasdaq book did start over.
Nasdaq MarketSite at 4 Times Square is the public facade for that tape.
