How do I create an account?
Visit metablox.co or download the Metablox app and sign up with your email address.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Tap "Forgot Password" on the login screen. You'll receive an email with a link to reset your password.
How do I link a crypto wallet?
Go to your Profile settings and select "Link Wallet" to connect a compatible Ethereum wallet.

What is a Blox?
A Blox is a digital land parcel on the Metablox platform, tied to a real-world geographic location. Owning a Blox lets you create memories and earn rewards.
How do I purchase a Blox?
Search for an available address on the map, then complete checkout using a credit card, Metablox credits, or cryptocurrency.
My mint seems stuck. What should I do?
If your Blox hasn't appeared after purchase, please wait a few minutes for blockchain confirmation. If the issue persists, contact us at kevin@metablox.co with your order details.

How do I create a memory?
Navigate to a Blox you own, open the Memories tab, and tap "Add Memory." Upload photos, add a description, and save.
Can I edit or delete a memory?
Yes. Open the memory and use the edit or delete options. Note that memories published to IPFS cannot be removed from the blockchain.

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit/debit cards (via Stripe), Metablox credits, and select cryptocurrencies.
How do I request a refund?
Please email kevin@metablox.co with your order details. Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis.
