People treat Honeywell Technologies as a Charlotte automation shop that always printed HON after a finished damper book.
The June 2026 issuer was Honeywell International Inc., restyled Honeywell Technologies the morning aerospace left.
At 12:01 a.m. New York time on 29 June 2026 it distributed every Honeywell Aerospace share.
Holders of record on 15 June 2026 received one HONA share for every two HON shares.
One minute later a one-for-two reverse split combined every two remaining HON shares into one.
The letters HON opened that session on the Nasdaq Stock Market on a split-adjusted basis.
The new CUSIP was 438516205.
HON had already left the New York Stock Exchange for Nasdaq on 11 May 2021 under the same three letters.
The mechanism is a remaining-company tape after a 1-for-2 spin and a matching reverse split.
Nasdaq MarketSite at 4 Times Square is the public facade for that morning.
