J-Drama Pilgrimage | 流星の絆 Ryusei no Kizuna (2008) — 大崎公園, the Siblings’ Shooting-Star Hill

Episode 1 of TBS’s 流星の絆 (Ryusei no Kizuna / Ties of Shooting Stars), first broadcast October 17, 2008, uses 大崎公園 (Osaki Park) in Zushi for the childhood scene in which Koichi, Taisuke and Shizuna go out to watch the shooting stars. That night is one of the drama’s defining memories: the siblings leave home together, and the murder of their parents occurs while they are away.

The nationwide filming-location guide identifies Osaki Park in Kotsubo 4-chome for that episode-1 scene and records the same high ground returning in episode 7 when Yukinari and Shizuna, under her Saori identity, go to look at the stars. This makes the park more than a one-off establishing shot: it visually links the siblings’ childhood promise with the adult deception plot.

Zushi City still maintains Osaki Park at Kotsubo 4-739. The municipal page describes the 21,371-square-metre park on the top of a cape overlooking Kotsubo fishing port and Zushi Marina, with views toward Mount Fuji and Enoshima; it also notes benches, a gazebo and toilets, but no on-site parking.
