Seoul Central District Court and Seoul High Court share the block at 157 Seochojungang-ro. The granite, the flags, the long steps, the lawyers crossing with files — that is the public face of the world Jang Hye-sung walks into when she stops being a failing private lawyer and becomes a public defender.
