Thierry Delaporte took charge here as chief executive officer and managing director on 6 July 2020.

The board had named him in late May, to succeed Abidali Neemuchwala.

Contemporary Indian business coverage treated him as the first non-Indian CEO among the large listed IT services firms.

He arrived from Capgemini after twenty-five years, most recently as group chief operating officer.
