Jinbagatayama Campground sits near the summit, high enough that the Ina Valley opens wide below and the two Alps stand on either side. This is one of the later, higher camps in the series — a place of big sky and long views rather than lakeside closeness. In the story the elevation itself becomes part of the experience. Stand near the top today and the same broad air remains. The pilgrimage here is about the camps that ask you to climb a little farther for a wider horizon.
