On 29 October 2025 Etsy told investors that Kruti Patel Goyal would become chief executive on 1 January 2026.
Josh Silverman would step down as chief executive on 31 December 2025 and move to executive chair.
The same announcement put her on the board from that January date.
Florida corporate filings later listed her as president and chief executive officer at 117 Adams Street, Brooklyn.
Etsy had moved into that former Watchtower building in 2016, leaving 55 Washington Street a few blocks north.
The January date is the one that belongs on this pin.
The October filing is how the public learned the date.
She had already come back from London in 2025 as president and chief growth officer.
The building remains the company's published headquarters, a public commercial address in Dumbo Heights, not a private residence.
