At the end of episode nine, Konoha returns to 2023 and finds Mamoru tearing down Akihabara Radio Kaikan. The shock works because the building is more than scenery. Its red-and-yellow name has long faced the Electric Town exit like a title card for the district, gathering electronic parts, books, figures, dolls, and generations of private obsessions under one roof. In the altered timeline, demolition turns cultural loss into something brutally literal: Konoha changed the games, and the city lost the landmark that once held their world together. The current building still stands at 1-15-16 Sotokanda. Step out of the station, find the sign above the entrance, and notice how quickly the episode makes eight floors feel like a memory that could be switched off.
