Domino's did not hire a grocer.

It hired a cola marketer and then, fourteen years later, gave him the keys in the same building.

The Prairie House at Domino's Farms sits at 24 Frank Lloyd Wright Drive in Ann Arbor Charter Township, a half-mile-long brick groundscraper designed by Gunnar Birkerts for founder Tom Monaghan.

The company's public entrance is Lobby F.

On 4 September 2008 Domino's announced that Russell J. Weiner would join as executive vice president and chief marketing officer, effective 22 September, moving from Pepsi-Cola North America.

He was 39.

The release listed a Cornell government degree from 1990 and a Stern MBA finished at night in 2001.

From this campus he ran the Pizza Turnaround work that restated the recipe in public, then the U.S. presidency from October 2014, then the Americas COO role from July 2018, then U.S. operations from July 2020.

The board elected him a director in April 2022 and made him chief executive in May 2022.

The office park is not the company's property in the simple sense visitors assume.

Monaghan kept the land after selling his stake in the pizza chain in 1998; Domino's remains the namesake tenant beside a working farm and other leases.

Stand at Lobby F and the long copper-and-brick facade is the building he walked into in 2008 and the building from which the company dated the CEO appointment in 2022.

In June 2026 the company told the market he would leave the chief executive chair at the end of September 2026 and move toward an executive chairman role.

The pin is the public lobby, not a private floor.
