Biography|Marc Houalla — The Jouy-en-Josas Campus Where He Took the HEC MBA

People treat an aviation civil servant as someone who never left the DGAC corridor.

In 1990 the management paper on Marc Houalla's file was taken on this wooded campus at Jouy-en-Josas.

Groupe ADP's later official biographies record an MBA from HEC Paris that year.

The school address is 1 rue de la Libération, on a campus that sits between Versailles and the Paris plateau.

The same CVs place the HEC year between his first DGAC postings in Paris and the 1992 move that sent him to run technical and finance desks at SEFA.

SEFA — the Service d'exploitation de la formation aéronautique — split its work between Paris and Muret, south of Toulouse.

Later biographical notices record that in the same period he taught management control at ESCP and finance at HEC.

The MBA is the credential later press releases reach for when they have to explain a civil-aviation engineer running a commercial airport.

It does not replace the ENAC diplomas.

It sits beside them.

The welcome canopy in the photograph is later than 1990.

The pin is the same campus where the degree was recorded.

From here the next documented public post is not another classroom.

It is SOFREAVIA in 1996, then the return to DGAC operations in Toulouse in 1998.
