The first public credential on Marc Houalla's file was taken on this Toulouse campus.

Marc Émile Fouad Houalla was born on 10 February 1961 in Rueil-Malmaison, west of Paris.

ENAC alumni records list him in the IENAC L82 promotion — the class label, not the diploma year.

Groupe ADP's official 2017 appointment biography records the Ingénieur ENAC diploma in 1985.

The same employer CV later records a second ENAC title, Ingénieur de l'Aviation Civile, in 1991.

By the mid-1980s the school had already sat at 7 avenue Édouard Belin for more than a decade.

A campus plaque dates the Toulouse installation to 1969.

Local press sometimes writes that he graduated in 1982 because that is how the promotion is named.

The 1985 date is the one the later airport group put on a signed press release.

From this campus he left in 1985 for Ottawa as a research engineer at Transport Canada.

He rejoined the French Direction générale de l'aviation civile in 1987.
