The path runs beside the Uji River, quiet enough that footsteps echo a little on the pavement. Band members cut through here on the way home, instruments cases swinging, the water moving slow under the trees. In the animation the same stretch of ordinary riverside becomes the place where conversations settle and the day ends. Nothing special marks the spot. The real path still feels exactly like the frames: low railing, the slope of the bank, the way the light falls late in the afternoon.
