Weekend Plunge at the Beach in Ft Lauderdale by the Sea

Quick weekend get-away to Florida. This time we decided to visit Ft Lauderdale by the Sea. A quaint beach onclave outside of the city of Ft Lauderdale.
We stayed at Plunge Beach Hotel a boutique style motel-hotel directly on the beach as seen in the photos. Great staff and amenities were just enough for much desired rest and relaxation 😌
The main mode of transportation in town is walking. Everything is so close that a quick walk can get you from bar to bar or hotel to restaurant. Very active community and vibe. The centre square closes on Friday evening to allow for a block party and live music. Get you spot early as the locals quickly move in to capture the bests spots to take in the festivities.
Ocean 101 served us the most deliciously fresh and luscious oysters along with fresh libations to complement the evening 😋 service was great and informative. Bartender told us about the locals getting the best spots early, so hang onto the good seats we had. Ty for the heads up.
When the sun got to be too much we took a quick 20 minute drive to Seminole Hard Rock Casino and Gameroom to keep the relaxation at an exciting level. 😎 un-fruitful
Great weekend thank you Ft Lauderdale by the Sea and all the great people and vibes we caught while there.
