My graduation ceremony for earning my Bachelor of Business Management & Administration and only four hours short of a minor in Economics. 😉
After deciding that life as a Fashion Model wasn't for me and having lived in all other big cities (L.A., Miami, DFW, and some time in Chicago). At 19 I knew my current location of South Beach Miami wasn't a place a wanted to try to earn an education. So I decided NYC was the only place I hadn't experienced yet, ready to go to school I am honored, happy, and proud to say I put myself through college working and living in Manhattan's West Village earning my four-year degree in four years, meeting my husband, and making the Dean's list while pregnant with our daughter who was born in July 2012. I spent a semester as an intern with Neapolitan Express my sophomore year and was asked to return as the COO & Brand Manager from their official opening through our launch of three CNG Neapolitan Express Pizza Trucks. You can see the beautiful Neapolitan Express Truck #3 which joined me on graduation and later goes with our growing family to Detroit, MI.
