New Years Fire Works and Parade Drama for Twin's Birthday

For Symphony and Harmony's birthday, we decided to stay at the Octalysis House in Taichung. It was a lot of fun, but due to some celebration in Taiwan, there was a huge parade with extremely loud music, and the street right in front of our parking garage was all blocked. Instead of moving on, they decided to just stop there and for half a day didn't move.
We complained to them but they said we have to complain to the boss that hired them because right now they are not getting new orders. They were feeling apologetic and someone actually said, "You should report us to the police so we would get dispersed." Pretty crazy. They probably still get paid but since the police broke them up they had to stop working.
At midnight, as expected, we saw a bunch of fireworks. The twins were really excited and felt they had a great birthday.
A good memory in our Taichung Octalysis House while we are still in Taiwan.
