Helping A RV Park Serving Hunt, Collin, And Rockwall Counties

Started helping a RV park East of Dallas which had a unique situation:

1. They had just acquired the land, so no amenities were ready on the property
2. The location was in a weird area which basically was within 1/4 mile of 3 different counties
3. They only had images and video clips of construction being done on the property, so no RV's yet existed
4. They only wanted weekly and monthly (long-term) renters, and even then only a maximum age of 10 years for the RV's (except for Airstreams)

The RV park serves the Collin, Hunt and Rockwall County region. So I had to finesse the online marketing to generate phone calls for advanced bookings/reservations once the property was able to receive guests. Some of the techniques included:

• Page on the website which then linked to the nearby larger towns and cities, showing driving distances
• Press releases announcing newsworthy happenings such as getting approved by the city, washeteria and fitness center being built, etc.
• Creating stock videos for the YT channel to start, and then adding actual video footage from the property once RV's started arriving
• Construction progress photos (before/during/after) and placed on image-sharing platforms
• Driving directions maps on non-Google properties like Waze and others
• Name/address/phone number/website local business directory postings
• YouTube ads targeting RV owners, narrowed by demographic and geographic factors
• Optimizing website pages for keywords such as "long term", "pet friendly", "monthly rental" and similar keyword modifiers

There were other techniques but these were the primary ones used prior to, and up through the first 2-3 months after, the grand opening for the property.
