"Would you still love me if I were a worm?". If I could summarize the year 2024 in a nutshell, this Kafkaesque meme would be the best possible way. I was always a hesitant lover not being able to push myself to take those steps that would make people whom I love happy. However, 2024 was the year when my hesitancy was removed. Being involved with mundane responsibilities that come with loving my niece became enjoyable. This allowed me to take care of my mother better. I could smile through the pain of seeing her helplessness of being bedridden in her final days. I was also able to focus on managing my time to take some me time away from the world. 2024 brought the growth in me that I never expected to see myself in my wildest dreams. I hope 2025 brings some of the most beautiful memories of my life.
