Julio Franco Returns To Professional Baseball And The Fort Worth Cats

On May 20, 2014 longtime MLB baseball player Julio Franco returned to active competition in professional baseball. He joined the independent professional baseball Fort Worth Cats team, which was part of United League Baseball.This article from WFAA and this article from ESPN go into more detail about his return.
The included photos were ones I took when working for the league from that evening. The online radio announcer was Tim Edwards. The Cats' opponents that even were the Rio Grande Valley WhiteWings.
