Outside Lands 2022 with the kids

For our last hoorah in SF, I thought it would be a good idea to take the kids to Outside Lands. The kids love music and dancing, so what better place to hang out as a family?
Kim came so well prepared: jackets, portable potty, ear muffs, picnic blanket. As usual, I couldn’t offer much in preparation, but at least I can use my muscle and carry Kimbal around (I think she walked 5 steps in total).
We got to enjoy two bands. Washed Out was the one that Kim wanted to watch.
Everyone loved Juniper’s outfit: she came in a super hero cape and mask.
I think I forgot what it’s like to be young and go to a festival. Everyone was wasted or high out of their minds. Young bloods were of course fully decked out in their festival attire. I never felt so much like an old man, haha.
Niñas, ojalá que les gusto Outside Lands. Creo que en el futuro Uds pueden ir juntos a un festival. Cuando van, es importante divertirse responsablemente. Quizás van a tomar tragos o fumar. Esta bien, Mami y Papi lo han hecho también, pero acuérdate qué hay que harder todo con inteligencia y responsabilidad. Responsabilidad de tu salud, de la situation, la gente con quien estas.
Los quiero mucho Juniper y Kimbal.
