Uncle brought me to the iconic Lau Pa Sat, a famous hawker center located in the heart of Singapore's CBD. This beautifully restored Victorian-style venue features a mix of local delicacies and international cuisines. Uncle ordered satay, both chicken and beef, for me to try, along with other classic dishes such as Hainanese chicken rice. The vibrant atmosphere and delicious food made it a memorable experience.
